Using 4Karma, operators are warned ahead of time when someone with a history of causing trouble makes a booking at their property. This gives guests a reason to act the right way and managers the information they need to protect themselves.

The Guest Blacklist

  • Auto bookings check

    Through an integration with your reservation management software, bookings are automatically checked against the 4Karma database.

  • Receive Warnings

    When 4Karma finds a match in the credibility database against one of your bookings we will provide you a warning detailing all previously reported incidents involving this guest.

  • Report Problem Guests

    As a member, report problem guests to the 4Karma database to ensure you and the rest of the community stay safe and receive warnings when the guest makes bookings in the future.
